BIOGRAPHY

Before representing victims of injury, Attorney Brett Miller spent the first 10 years of his career defending insurance companies. With this experience comes an understanding of how these companies operate and the strategies they use to downplay their client’s liability. He now uses these strategies against them to fight for the fair compensation his clients deserve. From the moment a client enlists his services, Brett begins preparing their case for trial. While he can often resolve cases through a settlement before trial, he believes it is important to always be prepared for the possibility.

Brett views his role in the client-attorney relationship as a counselor. He is straightforward and discusses the positive and negative aspects of their cases so that they can start making preparations for the future. He strongly believes that keeping clients informed through every step of the process leads to more strategic decisions and better outcomes.

Personal injury cases are often a lengthy process, and Brett stresses the importance of patience to his clients. Do not expect an immediate payout from this situation. Your primary concern should be your recovery. When you hire Brett, he will handle the work of preparing your case.

Brett was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where he currently resides with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending his free time playing golf, training for endurance sports and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
