Ashley Banda

Legal Assistant

Ashley joined Wood Craig Miller in 2023 as a legal assistant, and handles medical records requests, amongst other things. She is originally from Mexico, and she finds immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her world revolves around her wonderful husband and two adorable dogs. Exploring the culinary scene is also her passion, and she loves the thrill of discovering new flavors and cuisines when dining out. Ashley is also extremely creative, and is a hands-on person who loves DIY projects, including crafting, home decor, or other creative pursuits. Ashley plans to return to school to pursue a degree in Business Administration.

Fun Fact: Ashley celebrates the birthdays of her two beautiful fur-babies, Max and Melody (both Golden Retrievers) by throwing them Paw-ties.

Gigi Ceballos

Paralegal

Gigi is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller. Gigi is a native of Panama, and she is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has worked at WCM since 2020, and started working here the day that the COVID-19 pandemic was declared a global pandemic. Gigi enjoys good food, music, traveling, and time with her family and friends.

Fun Fact: Gigi is learning to snowboard.

Matthew Cramer

Litigation Paralegal

Matthew joined Wood Craig Miller in 2024 as a litigation paralegal. He has a degree from Clayton State University and has been working as a paralegal since 2013. Matthew is originally from Atlanta, and he and his wife have one daughter and twin sons. Matthew has volunteered at the sorting facility for Books for Africa. We are very happy to have him on board!

Fun Fact: Matthew practices meditation.

Jose Cuellar

Legal Assistant

Jose is a legal assistant at Wood Craig Miller, joining the firm in 2023, coming here from Esmeraldas, Ecuador, where he was born. Jose pursued his law degree at the University of the Americas in Quito, Ecuador. Before working at WCM, he worked in Ecuador in insurance law and also in the field of family law. His parents are originally from Colombia. He is fluent in three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Cooking is one of his passions, and he has a deep love for traveling, reading, and geography. Jose plans to pursue his LLM so that he can continue practicing law as an attorney here in the United States.

Fun Fact: Jose has traveled to more than 30 countries. If he were not a lawyer, he would be an architect.

Latosha Giles

Senior Paralegal

Latosha is a senior litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller. Latosha has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Athens Technical College, a BS in Criminal Justice from Georgia State, a Masters in Justice and Security from University of Phoenix, and all but her dissertation as a Doctor of Philosophy, Public Policy and Administration at Walden University, AND she aspires to attend law school in the future!  Her duties include attorney support, case file management, scheduling, legal document drafting and processing, e-filing, and client relations. She has worked as a paralegal for 6+ years and has worked at WCM since 2019.

Fun Fact: Lastosha has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1998.

Shawn Jackson

Legal Operations Manager / Senior Litigation Paralegal

Shawn is the Legal Operations Manager/ Senior litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller. She has worked at WCM since 2018. She manages and corrals all the other paralegals and support staff. Shawn is a native of Georgia and a State University of West Georgia and Shorter University graduate in Business Administration and Criminal Justice.

Shawn is a mother of two and enjoys spending time with her family and creating memories. She volunteers as a Team Mom for her son’s football team and is an advocate and supporter of the battered women and children’s homeless shelters.

Fun Fact: Shawn was a hair model featured in “Upscale” Magazine in 2008.

Angelique Lantis

Paralegal

Angelique is a paralegal at Wood Craig Miller. She lives in Michigan, and is working towards her associates degree in legal studies, and hopes to eventually go to law school. Before joining WCM in 2023, Angelique previously worked as a legal assistant at a Bankruptcy firm and specialized in Michigan's Eastern District Chapter 13s. In her free time Angelique enjoys watching TV shows and movies, playing video games, making YouTube or TikTok videos and spending time with her pets. She has a dog and 2 cats. She has lived in 6 states including Michigan, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana, California and Utah.

Fun Fact: Angelique loves trivia, and knows a lot of seemingly useless facts.

Ciara Morales

Firm Administrator

Ciara joined our firm in 2023 and is working as the firm administrator. Originally from Erie, PA, Ciara grew up in Peachtree City, GA and still drives a golf cart. She earned her BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), and previously worked as an insurance agent at State Farm Insurance. Ciara loves to travel and spend time with family. She is a big-time foodie and enjoys white wine.

Fun Fact: Ciara is Puerto Rican, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Roshni Patel

Paralegal

Roshni is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller. Roshni optimizes client services from the initial intake process through resolution, for both pre-lit and litigation cases. She has 6+ years’ experience as a paralegal and has worked at WCM since 2022. She is a native of Georgia and graduated from Georgia State University with a BS in Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new foods, and traveling.

Fun Fact: Roshni’s goal is to travel to all 50 states.

Karen Slater

Litigation Paralegal and Marketing Coordinator

Karen is a litigation paralegal at Wood Craig Miller, and she also runs the firm’s marketing efforts, including developing this website. Karen is originally from West Virginia, and has a BA from Emory University, a Paralegal degree from the National Center for Paralegal Training, and an MA from American University. She has more than 20+ years of paralegal experience and previously ran her own social media business. She has worked at WCM since 2022. Karen is the proud mom of two amazing kids, and two wonderful step-kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, home décor projects, and cuddling with her fat kitty. She supports both Furkids and KidsBoost.

Fun Fact: Karen’s mother was once offered 100,000 camels for her hand in marriage. (Her mom couldn’t figure out what she would do with even one camel in West Virginia!)
