Another wrong way Interstate driver!

Incredibly, for the second time in three days, a wrong-way driver on I-75 caused a major collision.

Initial reports indicate that eight people were injured, one critically.  On Sunday morning we reported that three lives were taken by a wrong way driver just north of this collision. The latest crash occurred at approximately 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 near Hudson Bridge Road as the yet-to-be-named wrong- way driver traveled north in the southbound lanes.

The accused drunk driver in Sunday’s crash, Jorge Solis, waived his first appearance in court on Monday and remains in custody. News reports state that Mr. Solis is currently on probation in Clayton County based on a DUI conviction there, and also has a pending reckless conduct charge.
